Conflicts of Interest and Conduct

At House of Stake, every participant is personally responsible for complying with the Code of Conduct, and for identifying, disclosing, and managing their own conflicts of interest.

The relevant governance body (e.g. Screening Committee, Security Council, Directors, or another committee acting within its remit) determines how a disclosed conflict or conduct issue is handled within its own processes.
